1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vbb8 ("vbb8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, software, and content made available through the vbb8 website located at https://vbb8.io and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the vbb8 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the vbb8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the vbb8 Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the vbb8 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. vbb8 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. If vbb8 discovers or reasonably suspects that an account is held by a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any accumulated balance — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

vbb8 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering and playing. vbb8 makes no representation that the Platform is legally available in any specific territory outside of its primary operating market. Players who access vbb8 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a vbb8 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. vbb8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Registration using false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• vbb8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion.
• Account registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vbb8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. vbb8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify vbb8 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

vbb8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. vbb8 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, upon making a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review. Documents commonly requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered name)
• Source of funds declaration for large deposits or withdrawals above ৳50,000

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension. vbb8 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or pending KYC verification.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your vbb8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. vbb8 also reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email or contact number.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vbb8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT at the exact amount entered by the player — there are no currency conversion fees applied by vbb8 for BDT transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and mobile number used for the corresponding deposit. vbb8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before a withdrawal is approved, the Player's account must have completed KYC verification and all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus must have been satisfied.

4.3 Transaction Errors

If a deposit does not appear in your vbb8 account balance within 30 minutes of completing the transaction, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number and timestamp. vbb8 will investigate and resolve confirmed transaction errors within 24 hours. vbb8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing networks outside our direct control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vbb8 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's bonus wallet and are separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• vbb8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• Withdrawal of a real-money balance while a bonus is active will cause the bonus and any associated winnings to be forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet per spin or round, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to live table games and sports events with short odds below the stated minimum) may not contribute fully or at all toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the vbb8 bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. vbb8 may void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings, and permanently close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on vbb8 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are displayed within the game interface and are determined by the respective game provider. vbb8 is not responsible for the outcome of individual game rounds, which are determined by certified random number generators operated by the game providers.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on vbb8 covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, handball, kabaddi, and other markets as published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, the odds are locked. vbb8 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or events subsequently abandoned or suspended.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute the outcome of a game round or a settled bet, you must submit a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event by contacting [email protected] with full details including the game or event name, date, time, bet ID, and a clear description of your dispute. vbb8 will investigate and respond to all disputes within 5 business days. The decision of vbb8 following a fair investigation shall be final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vbb8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating more than one account per individual
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted betting tools
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or the Platform itself
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the vbb8 Platform
• Colluding with other players in any game that may confer an unfair advantage
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true location or identity
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after placing bets

8 Responsible Gaming

vbb8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe and controlled entertainment environment for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, personal, or emotional harm, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available on the Platform or to seek professional help.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net losses over a defined period. Once reached, further betting is paused until the period resets.

• Time-Out: Take a temporary break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Reactivation is not possible before the selected period expires.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vbb8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layout, and the vbb8 brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of vbb8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vbb8 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the vbb8 Platform without the prior written consent of vbb8. Unauthorised use of any vbb8 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vbb8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, or loss resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

vbb8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, vbb8 will investigate and may void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion. vbb8's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

vbb8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties. It may be shared with trusted payment processing partners (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), game providers, and compliance service providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our obligations to you.

All data transmitted between your device and the vbb8 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. vbb8 stores your data on secure servers and applies industry-standard access controls to prevent unauthorised access. You may request a copy of your personal data or request its deletion at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to our legal retention obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vbb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vbb8 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the vbb8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://vbb8.io/terms-conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through vbb8's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration. By using the vbb8 Platform you agree to this dispute resolution mechanism and waive any right to pursue claims through court proceedings, to the extent permitted by law.
